The terms that apply to orders placed with GRVision Lenses Lab.

01 Order acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by GRVision Lenses Lab and confirmation of prescription, fitting, and frame data. We reserve the right to decline an order that falls outside our manufacturing range.
02 Customization & surcharges
Diameter, cylinder, prism, and addition requirements outside our standard manufacturing range may be subject to additional charges. Applicable surcharges, if any, will be confirmed with your quote before an order is processed — no pricing is published on this site.
03 Lead times & delivery
Estimated lead times are confirmed at the time of order and depend on the design, material, and coating combination requested. GRVision is not liable for delays caused by courier or customs handling once a shipment has left our facility.
04 Defects & returns
Manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with the original packaging and invoice. Lenses cut, edged, fitted, or altered by a third party are not eligible for return under this policy.
05 Intellectual property
The GRVision name, logo, and all lens design technology described on this site remain the property of GRVision Lenses Lab and may not be reproduced without written permission.
06 Limitation of liability
GRVision Lenses Lab's liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or resale of our products.
07 Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from an order is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
08 Changes to these terms
GRVision Lenses Lab may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
